Your booking is flexible, secure and each case it’s different, so please always contact me to cancel, reschedule or modify a tour.

All cancellations must be initiated by contacting florencelocalguide@gmail.com and in most cases refunds are possibile. Details regarding cancellations are based on the specifics of each booking, you will receive all the information when requesting a booking.

In accordance with Art 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 and subsequent national adjustment rules, we respect your privacy and are committed in protecting personal information you may provide through this website. The data given by the User through the form will be transformed into an email that may be stored in the website owner's mail and that won't be given to third parties without consent.
